Encounters Talk · Last updated September 18, 2026
Encounters Talk provides non-clinical conversation and support sessions. Unless a separate professional service is expressly arranged under separate terms, Encounters Talk is not psychotherapy, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or a crisis service.
When you provide a mobile number and separately check the SMS consent box during booking, you agree to receive customer-care text messages from Encounters Talk related to your appointment. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or use of the service.
Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Prices and available appointment times are shown before payment. Payment processing may be provided by Square. Additional booking, cancellation, refund, or missed-appointment terms shown during checkout or booking are incorporated into these Terms when applicable.
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Encounters Talk is not an emergency or crisis service. If there is immediate danger, call 911. In the United States, 988 is available for crisis support.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with its updated date.
