Encounters Talk is a separate connection service and is not automatically psychotherapy. It does not replace diagnosis, treatment, or crisis care when those services are needed. Account, payment, safety, or other records required to operate the service may still be maintained.

Your payment is matched to your booking automatically. Your confirmation number (it looks like ET-XXXX) appears on your appointment in Schedule and is your booking reference.
